Will an end of lease clean in Melbourne get my bond back?

In Victoria bonds are handled by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA), and the release decision is made by your landlord or agent — so no cleaner can legally promise a refund, but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean free of charge. That applies in Melbourne exactly as it does everywhere else, and it is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
