A cleaning company that turns up and does the job properly
Book My Cleaning Australia is a professional cleaning company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. We bring the booking system, checklists and guarantee we built for our cleaning brands overseas to homes, renters and businesses in every major Australian city.
What we believe
Cleaning is a trust business. You are letting someone into your home, so they should be checked, insured, reliable and paid fairly. That is the whole model.
- Checked before their first job. Every cleaner is interviewed, has their identity and work rights verified, and holds a current National Police Check.
- Fixed prices, GST included. You see the full price in Australian dollars before you book, and we do not add extras on the day.
- Fair pay. Our cleaners are paid properly for their time, which is why good people stay.
- A guarantee that means something. Anything raised within 72 hours is re-cleaned free, no arguments.
