How much is end of lease cleaning?
$249 for a studio, $299 for a one-bed, $399 for a two-bed, $499 for a three-bed, $649 for a four-bed and $799 for five or more. Extra bathrooms are $50 each.
Will I get my bond back?
Cleaning is one of the most common reasons for bond claims. We work to the checklist real estate agents use and, if the property manager raises anything about the cleaning, we come back free within 72 hours. The bond itself is released by your landlord or agent and your state bond authority, so no cleaner can legally promise it — but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
Do I need carpets cleaned too?
Only if the entry condition report says they were professionally cleaned at the start, or if they are stained. Add it here for $45 a room.
How soon can you come?
Same-day and next-day slots are usually available. Book before 11am and we can often clean the same day.
Do I need to empty the property first?
Yes, of personal belongings. Anything staying for the next tenant can be left. An empty property lets us reach inside cupboards, wardrobes and behind furniture, which is exactly what the property manager checks.
Is the oven really included?
Yes. Inside the oven, the cooktop, the rangehood filter, the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher filter are all in the price. Many companies charge $60 to $100 extra for the oven alone.
What if my landlord is not happy?
Send us the exit condition report within 72 hours and we return and re-clean whatever was flagged, free. That is the whole point of the guarantee.
Do I have to use a professional cleaner?
Usually not. Residential tenancy laws in each state generally require you to leave the property reasonably clean and in the same condition as your entry condition report, allowing for fair wear and tear. A landlord generally cannot make you use a particular cleaning company. Check your lease and your state's consumer affairs or tenancy authority for the exact rules — a professional clean is simply the easiest way to meet the standard.
Do you clean carpets?
Not as standard. Some leases (especially where pets were kept) require professional carpet steam cleaning — check your lease. Add professional carpet cleaning for $45 a room. Check your entry condition report: if the carpets were professionally cleaned at the start, you will usually need to do the same.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days is comfortable, but we hold same-day and next-day slots for move-outs because dates slip. Book before 11am and we can often come the same day.
